Payment/Cancellation/Refund Policy
Regularly scheduled dog walks/in home care visits will be billed on the first of each month and are due on the 10th of the month.
Drop-In Service payments are due at or prior to the first scheduled service.
Pet Taxi Service payments are due prior to scheduled pick-up time.
All services are scheduled on a first come, first served basis.
Cancellations must be received at least 24 hours prior to scheduled visit(s) in order to be credited for the service fee.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to scheduled visit(s) will be charged as follows:
First day will be charged in full, as if service was provided. Additional days will be credited to your account and applied to future services.
If no future service is booked within 60 days, the credited amount will be refunded by the original payment method or a check will be mailed to your address on file. Training fees are due prior to the first session and in most cases are non-refundable.
